Hey friends, I'm updating this blog to address some immediate pressing needs emerging for one of our neighbors, Cowboy. His generator was sabotaged while he was in the hospital this winter recovering from a heart attack and broken back. He's just been roughing it since then with no power to his trailer to cool himself or refrigerate food and medicine.

Because of Cowboy's ongoing medical issues, the heat has put a lot of strain on him lately, so we're dropping everything here to help him get a generator and the gas to power it through the summer.
That means that Peggy, Kini, and maybe another friend will all be flying signs at Walmart with Cowboy Saturday morning.
So, friends and neighbors, come look for us with Cowboy this weekend - stop by and join us! If you're penniless and think you have nothing to offer, come talk to us anyway. There is so much more that people need - and have to give - then cash in a crisis (though that sure helps too).
